In the initialization block of your app, you can specify the load order of plugins like so:

config.plugins [ :will_paginate, :all ]

Give the names in the array in the order they should load, and enter in :all to allow loading of the rest of your plugins in the usual order. Previously you had to include the name of all the plugins in order from them to load.
